Terms and Conditions


  • Check-in time is 14:00 hours IST and check-out time is 11:00 hours.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request for early check ins or late check outs. Do bear with us if we can’t as this depends entirely on availability.

  • If you seek to cancel your bookings, do inform us at least 1 week in advance for long stays (over 1 week and above) and 72 hours in advance for short stays (less than a week). Cancellations done after this period will incur a cancellation charge of 50% till 24 hours before the trip and 100% for any cancellation within 24 hours of your check in or in case of a no show.

In case you are forced to cancel the trip due to medical reasons or in lieu to any travel restrictions due to lockdowns enforced by the Government, we will be happy to give you a credit for your booking amount that can be redeemed against future trips. This will however we taken up on a case to case basis. You may email us @ for any questions

  • If you have booked as a group and availed special deals from us, (3 rooms and above): cancellation made 15 days prior to the arrival date shall incur cancellation charges ‘beyond 100% will be charged through length of stay.

  • All standard policies pertaining to hotel/ hospitality industry are applicable, when specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Reservation Confirmation” document.


  • We reserve the right of admission. We will be asking for valid proof of your identity at the time of or before check in. Do carry these with you as we would hate to deny you admission.

  • We do not accept cash as a form of payment. Please pay via UPI or through an online link that you can request for your stay as well as to settle your final bill.

  • Taxes might be applicable on the rates mentioned on our website or for other paid services on our property. Do not hesitate to ask us applicable taxes in case you have any doubts.

  • We would love it if you were to extend your stay with us. However, this extension would depend on availability as well as receipt of your payment for the extension. Rate at which extension might be offered could depend on the rates applicable for the days on which the extension is requested.

  • We might from time to time, have special rates for periods as well as packages. Do check the package terms and conditions to ascertain if your booking is cancellable and refundable.

  • Any cancellation amount will be remitted back to you within 10 to 15 days of receipt of the request. Do bear with us.

  • Refund will be credited to the instrument used for making payment. We will not be able to refund to any other source.


  1. We are always happy that you call your friends over. There are designated spaces for you to spend time with them such as the lounge and BBQ area. We encourage you not to bring your friends into your Studio. We all follow etiquettes and have recommendations on the same posted on the property and will be part of your welcome email.

  2. You book you stay! The studios are booked specifically for your stay and cannot be transferred

  3. Please be courteous to everyone at aColmeia including other guests and staff. We would really hate to ask any of our guests to leave, but we might in case your behaviour causes disturbance to anyone else.

  4. We have provided for a shared kitchen to enable you to showcase your culinary skills!! You could also choose to order set meals too!! Please to inform our staff if you plan to enjoy our set meals one meal in advance. We would hate to see you go hungry, so please do not inform us at the last moment as we might not be able to cater to that request.

  5. Do clean up behind you. Whether you eat in the shared dining area or enjoy a beverage in the lounge, there are washing areas for utensils where you can leave your unwashed utensils and bins where you can dispose all the waste. Treat aColmeia a you would treat your home and be aware that you are living amongst others

  6. You break you pay!! Just don’t break anything. We have created the space for your comfort with love and care..

  7. Please don’t leave valuable personal belongings around especially in the shared spaces. We would hate for you to lose anything..

  8. There is plenty of parking in the property for your cars and two wheelers. We wont be able to tend to them and are unable to take responsibility for them. At the same time, we encourage you to park in a way that does not hinder other vehicles or to take care while parking your vehicle so that it does not damage vehicles of other guests.

  9. Terms and conditions might change from time to time.


  1. Your reservation will be subject to our terms and conditions and we reserve the right to deny you admission in case the terms are not adhered to.

  3. Due to any accentuating conditions, in case we are unable to honour your reservation, we will not be able to take any ownership related to expenses that you might have borne for your travel except the booking amout you have paid to us .
