What's Co-living
Co-living is living together, a community living experience where people from diverse backgrounds, unique personalities, and rich histories can be more together, sharing experiences, inspiring, learning and growing together, while you continue to be remain free and productive.
Its the living format that has been adapted to meet the needs of a slow traveller just like you so that you never miss a beat at work, or your social plans.
There's something special about coliving that fosters collaboration and learning. Maybe it's because you're living with like-minded people who are all striving to make something of themselves. Or maybe it's because there's just a constant flow of new ideas and energy in the air. It's a different kind of surreal when you're able to find the perfect balance of calm and fun in a place like Goa. aColmeia was a welcome surprise to me with it's beautiful property and even more beautiful people there. From the host to the staff and even the guests, everything made me feel like I belong (and that's coming from an introvert). Special mention to the adorable bunch of dogs at the property, they really stole the show. Anyone looking to feel carelessly fun and comfortable in Goa, this is the place.

Initially I booked to stay in aColmeia for one month, but after a few days I decided to extend my stay. I found a real comunity here where I was feeling safe in an environment where I can focus on work. At the same time I had a lot of fun with everyone and I could enjoy a lot of activities like cooking class, movie nights and gaming nights.
It was really important for me as solo traveller. My room was really nice with more than enough space for me and also a good environment to work when I couldn't be in the co-working. It was cleaned regularly. The food is really nice and I had the opportunity to try a lot of new flavours.

aColmeia is a hidden gem especially for solo traveller, initially booked my stay for 11 days but I ended up staying for a month. Run by the sweetest people, it offers comfortable rooms, delectable home cooked meals, rooftop co-working space, fun workshops and the prefect setting to meet amazing people. The friends who visited me during my stay fell in love with the place and the furry friends at the property. Definitely will recommend and visit again.
